Paid $166.99 for an oil change on my BMW today. Two hours later (after shopping & eating) and 30 minutes on the drive home, the oil light came on telling me to add 1 quart. How does that happen after a paid oil change? Before they gave the car back, Brad said there was a “small oil leak” and stated when I called about this issue that the leak was not major and shouldn't make the light come on. Now the oil is at the minimum and I don’t see any oil on the ground. Brad could not tell me why the light came on unless I bring the vehicle back. I live an hour away. Absolutely excellent service experience. Much more of a "personalized" approach than the new car dealer. Their factory trained technicians have my Porsche purring like a kitten. And they also service our Audi and VW too!

We have trusted the service of Performance for many years and our most recent visit was another great example of the over and above experience. Discovered that our air conditioning wasn’t working and they worked us in quickly with only 12 hours notice of our emergency. With 90 degree heat cranking up, we were desperately needing this repair quickly. We are so grateful for their top notch service and excellent turnaround time.
